- Module sizes match available tile stock
- Lighting positions are staying put
- There is no water damage or corrosion in the carriers
Full strip-out is wiser when
- The grid is distorted or under-sized for new services
- You are changing to MF plasterboard or a different system
- Asbestos or contamination requires clearance before reinstall
- Major M&E redesign needs open access above
